Child Safety Standards

EOMEET, operated by Everyone Meet, Inc. Version 1.0 · Effective January 1, 2026

Our Commitment

EOMEET has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor, is strictly prohibited on EOMEET, and we act on it. These standards apply to everyone who uses the Services and supplement our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Conduct

The following are prohibited on EOMEET, without exception:

• creating, sharing, requesting, promoting, or facilitating access to child sexual abuse material (CSAM);
• any sexualization of a minor, including sexual content, comments, or solicitation directed at or depicting a minor;
• grooming, enticement, or attempts to establish inappropriate contact with a minor;
• sextortion, or threatening to obtain or share intimate imagery of a minor;
• trafficking, exploitation, or endangerment of a minor in any form;
• any other content or conduct that violates applicable child-protection laws.

How EOMEET Is Designed to Protect Minors

Child safety is built into how EOMEET works:

• Adults-only general platform. General accounts are for adults (18+). Individuals under 18 cannot self-register.
• Adult-owned Minor Accounts. The only way a person under 18 can access EOMEET is through a Minor Account created, owned, and controlled by a responsible adult — for example, a parent, guardian, or an authorized administrator of an organization such as a youth program.
• Closed, gated participation. Minor Accounts can access only groups designated for participants under 18. Those groups are closed — not public, discoverable, or open to the general internet — and access is controlled by the organization or account that operates the group.
• Platform-wide moderation. We moderate content across the platform and remove pornographic, violent, hateful, and other harmful content.
• Data minimization for minors. We do not require a date of birth or additional profile information from a minor, and we limit the information associated with a Minor Account to what is necessary to operate and secure it.

Reporting a Concern

Anyone can report suspected CSAE, CSAM, or any child-safety concern. You can report from within the EOMEET app using the in-app reporting mechanism, or through our contact form using the Contact us link on this page. Reports of child-safety concerns are prioritized for review.

How We Respond

When we obtain actual knowledge of apparent CSAM or a credible child-safety violation, we:

• remove the offending content;
• disable or restrict the responsible account(s);
• preserve the relevant material as required by law; and
• report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through its CyberTipline, and to other regional or national authorities where required.

We cooperate with law enforcement and respond to lawful requests relating to child-safety matters.

Compliance With Child Safety Laws

EOMEET complies with applicable child-safety laws and regulations in the markets it serves, including United States reporting obligations to NCMEC. We maintain a process for reviewing reports, taking enforcement action, and reporting confirmed CSAM to the appropriate authorities.

Child Safety Point of Contact

Everyone Meet, Inc. maintains a designated point of contact for child-safety matters, including notifications from platform partners such as Google Play, empowered to address enforcement and content-review procedures and to take corrective action.
