1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Everyone Meet, Inc. ("Everyone Meet," "EOMEET," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the EOMEET mobile applications, website, and related services (the "Services"). It applies to our general adult users and, in the limited ways described below, to Minor Accounts created and controlled by adults.

2. A Note on Age and Data Minimization

EOMEET is a general-audience platform for adults (18+). Individuals under 18 do not self-register. A Minor Account exists only when an adult account owner creates and controls it, and such accounts can access only closed, adult-operated groups designated for participants under 18.

We intentionally practice data minimization for Minor Accounts: we do not require a date of birth or additional profile information from a minor, and we limit the information associated with a Minor Account to what the adult account owner provides and what is necessary to operate and secure the account and its participation in permitted groups. See Section 12 for more.

3. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information, to the extent they apply to how you use the Services.

Information you provide:

• Account and profile: name, email address, phone number, profile image, and account identifiers.
• Groups and events: group membership, roles, invitations, event participation, and event details.
• Coordination preferences: date, time, and location preferences; availability; responses to proposed options; and related history of your group and event interactions.
• Communications and content: messages, photos, files, and comments you submit.
• Payments: information needed to process subscriptions or transactions. Payments are handled by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
• Support: information you provide when you contact us.

Information collected automatically:

• Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, log data, push and notification identifiers, and interactions with the Services.
• Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 7.
• Location: location information you provide (such as an event location) and approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise device location unless you enable a feature that requires it and grant permission.

Information from other people:

• Organizers, group members, or other users may provide information about you when they invite you to a group or event or otherwise use the Services — for example, your name, email address, phone number, or participation information.

Minor Accounts: As described in Section 2, we do not require a date of birth or additional profile details for a Minor Account, and we limit the information associated with it to what the adult owner provides and what is necessary to operate and secure the account.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services;
• create and manage accounts and groups, and enable coordination, communication, and payments;
• personalize and support your experience;
• communicate with you about the Services, including service messages and — where permitted — marketing messages you can opt out of;
• detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to serve third-party targeted advertising.

5. Automated Processing

We may use automated systems, statistical methods, and machine-learning technologies to evaluate scheduling and coordination information, rank options, personalize features, improve recommendations, detect abuse, and improve the Services. These systems support coordination and moderation; we do not use them to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.

6. How We Share Information

We share information only as follows:

• Service providers who help us operate the Services (for example, hosting, payment processing, and messaging), under contracts that limit their use of the information.
• Within your groups and Tenants. Information you share in a group is visible to that group. Tenants who operate groups — including under-18 groups — can access information within the groups they administer.
• Legal and safety. When required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Everyone Meet, our users, or the public.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
• With your consent, or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, and understand usage. Where required by law, we obtain consent for non-essential cookies. You can control cookies through your browser or device settings.

8. Legal Bases (EEA and UK)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information as necessary: to perform our agreement with you (providing the Services); for our legitimate interests (such as securing, maintaining, and improving the Services and preventing abuse); to comply with legal obligations; and, where required, based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion.

10. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and regulators where required by law.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights; and, where applicable, to appeal a decision we make about a privacy request.

We will respond as required by applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. For a Minor Account, the adult account owner exercises these rights on the minor's behalf.

If you are in the EEA or the UK and have a concern we cannot resolve, you may contact your local data protection authority.

12. Minors' Data

Protecting minors matters to us, and our architecture is designed around it:

• Individuals under 18 cannot create their own accounts. A Minor Account exists only when created and controlled by an adult account owner, who is responsible for it and provides any consent required by law.
• Minor Accounts can access only closed, adult-operated groups designated for under-18 participants. They are not exposed to the general, adult platform or the open internet.
• We do not require a date of birth or additional profile information from a minor, and we limit the information associated with a Minor Account to what the adult owner provides and what is necessary to operate and secure the account.
• We moderate content across the platform and prohibit pornographic, violent, hateful, and other harmful content.

If we become aware that someone under 18 has created or used a general (adult) account, or that information was collected in a manner inconsistent with this Policy or applicable law, we will take appropriate action as required by law, which may include restricting or removing the account and deleting the associated information.

13. International Data Transfers

Everyone Meet is based in the United States, and we operate globally. Your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where required by applicable law, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

14. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the Services or by other means. The "Effective" date above indicates when this version took effect.
